Selection Process

Our recruitment and selection processes are transparent and extremely objective. Each candidate has an equal chance to be offered a job if their knowledge and skills are best suited for the position. After receiving your job application, our recruiters will contact you as soon as possible and you will be acquainted with the job requirements and conditions in a pleasant atmosphere.

At the interview, you will also be informed when to expect our final feedback. Once the vacancy is filled, candidates who were not shortlisted or interviewed will also be informed of the status of their application.

Different approaches may apply, depending on the position you are applying for. In addition to interviews, those may include tests, group or individual exercises, and several selection rounds. Employees from the Human Resources Department, as well as employees from other departments, cooperate with candidates during this process. In case there are several selection rounds, you will be timely informed about future steps.
